Weak 5 G Home Internet Signal

I live in Glendale, California (near Central Ave and Lexington Dr).We have 5G Home Internet Gateway, with weak signal (1 bar)I live in Glendale, and my service phone number is in Baldwin Park.If the closest 5G cell tower is Baldwin Park, that's far. Wondering if any one out there has similar problem.. Verizon should have a 5G cell tower closer to my area?

I don't know if the live chat function is working on My Verizon at this time, as I haven't had reason to use live chat there of late. Since the Verizon CSRs appear to be currently unable to access the forums, you would have to contact them either by calling the CS number, or post on Verizon's social media channels.

There are numerous reasons for why signal strength is weak, so it's hard to say what is causing the issue. I also believe the 5G internet gateway doesn't have the same priority on the towers as phones do. So if your internet gateway is being sent out to a tower further away than whatever's closest, that is one explanation.
