I ordered the Verizon 5G Home Internet Ultimate Plan on 12/30/2025 which offered a free Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE 5G “on us” as a special gift with that plan, as highlighted in the attached original order email screenshot. I activated my service on 1/2/2026 and am happy with it. I was seeing a Tile on my account that said I could redeem the free Samsung Tablet offer starting on 1/16/26 (14-days after my activation date) as shown in the Jan. 4. screenshot attached. That tile disappeared though on 1/15 and no actual redemption tile has ever appeared since on my account. I also haven’t received the email with redemption instructions that was promised in my original order email stating that tablet redemption email would arrive 14-days after service activation.
Clearly your automated redemption system is not working, so I have no way to redeem the promised tablet offer! I specifically chose the most expensive Ultimate plan because of the incentives offered which included the free Samsung Galaxy tablet, so expect a way to actually redeem it.
I would like the redemption email sent to me ASAP and the offer Tile posted on my account so I can redeem it. My bill is paid and my account is in good standing, so I clearly meet all of the requirement to redeem the offer right now.
