Property Damage Caused by Verizon Contractor
I have read the comments on this Verizon Community page, and have the same issues. I have spoken to others and am aware now this is how Verizon handles things, they just hope you go away.
I have my business next to a Verizon facility, and the snow removal contractor has repeatedly damaged my property.
I have contacted Verizon multiple times, gotten a ticket number, Local Manager supposed to call contact me, I never am contacted, I keep calling back, then tell me they have 10 Days to contact me, and its only 9 Days since I called last, and then never contacted. Then call back the ticket has been closed and never contacted.
Now I have property damage again now, and I'm calling for days, and can't get anyone to help, be able to pull up the past tickets, and keep giving be stories you have to contact technical support to file a property damage claim.
I have just spent another 2 hours today on a Saturday, with 2 phones at a time calling, being on hold, being hung up on and calling again. I have 2 phones working on hold waiting and can't get anyone to help.
Someone needs to contact me now.
