I’m trying to link my phone to my online account but it’s giving me a error message saying can’t link phone number
Hi Drumonde5, I've heard of this error happening before when someone registered on My Verizon before their service was active. The system will then assign a guest account instead of an actual one, and guest accounts can't have anything linked to them. Have you tried to re-register with the link below? If it doesn't work within the forums, try copying and pasting the URL text into your browser.
