i opened a verizon wireless account in January 2023 and requested verizon transfer my number over. They did not so, but continued to charge me. I do not have a wireless log in, presumably because the account was not correctly activated. I tried calling the number to cancel my account and get a refund, but they are asking for payment which I will not provide. Is there a way to get a refund since I have paid for service I did not receive? Should I try going to store. Or would something like small claims court be the only way to resolve this?
