I already have a payment arrangement set up but i still have not gotten paid from maternity leave and i now have an unpaid balance and still can afford to pay my account. what else can i do before i lose service? please help im a single mom with two kids and my son is in the NICU and that’s the only way i can communicate with his nurses

My best advice would be to contact customer service again and try to make a case for your situation as far as still being unable to pay for the bill. They’re the only ones that are gonna be able to put a pause on service interruption, otherwise the system could interrupt your service automatically

Try contacting Financial Services: 866-266-1445 to see if they can do anything for you. Otherwise, you'd have to find some help from someone you know or see if there is any sort of assistance programs for things like groceries or utility bills within your community to free up some funds for your phone bill.

If you are NOT under contract and are struggling with your bills, Verizon offers prepaid service which is more budget friendly.
