I've heard of this happening if a fraud alert gets tacked onto the order, or the verification didn't go through for whatever reason. Because the CSRs can't use the forums for the time being due to backend upgrades still in progress, you'd either have to try calling Internet Order Support (assuming you placed the order online) 866-338-7390, or contact Verizon through one of their social media channels.
