Why wasn’t my bill credited like they said it would be

we have the ultimate unlimited plan. And we did an upgrade my daughter paid the difference of what was needed to get to the 50% mark and Verizon credited that off and made it a late charge and then we sent the phone back in and I still got charged to pay off the phone that Verizon has. Spoke to Marcie at eldorado store and she called Verizon and the credit for the $91.55. It will be done within 2-3 hours 

The other amount will be corrected and the buyout credit will be $506.17. The trade in will hit the account and will hit the promotional for the phone. The $506.17 will take in email 5 days best call back number is my number. Adjustment will be done before $597.62 credited to my account

Promotional was $1100 dollars for the max for 16/17 iPhone during the time we did the trade in upgrade

Gave Verizon the tracking number date delivered and who signed for it. Verizon had the imei number for the iPhone 15 as the returned phone. 

I am so frustrated and no one seems to want to fix it.

Hi, I'm just another customer, so am not sure about what promotion that was, but is it possible you're talking about 2 different ones? The reason I ask is because discounts/promos aren't stackable, so if you were doing an upgrade promotion, you wouldn't be eligible for the get $1100 credit promo which I do remember seeing on the website.

The CSRs don't appear able to use the forums as of now due to backend upgrades still in progress. The admins have been suggesting contacting Verizon via one of their social media channels, if you have any of those.
