My husband has been without a phone since Friday. And cannot get one till Monday. (Hopefully) He is a First Responder and needs his phone. His Sim card is damaged and cannot be fixed. I ordered him a new phone Friday to have it overnighted by 12 pm pd 20 more to do that. Never came looks like its stuck at FedEx Hub in Memphis and according to FedEx probably will be. If you Google that hub apparently it's an ongoing problem since New Year packages are just sitting there. My question is why would Verizon use them if it's a known problem. They will not let us go to Verizon store to buy one there until order canceled which maybe Monday or longer. Between being on the phone and at the store we wasted total of over 6 hours. I even told them that if for some reason it's delivered I will deny the order or even FedEx back to them just so my husband could get a phone right away. They said no. He has lost overtime and who knows what other important calls texts. He wants to cancel our account go somewhere else but he would not be able to bring his number over since this account is in limbo. Its a joke. With all this technology no one at Verizon can figure this out??? What a shame and they should be disgraced with themselves. They just played games with us all day transferring getting our hopes up but in the end they just made us look like fools. I hate to say it but They are the best out there for Service for our area so we really don't have a choice to go anywhere else but just so frustrated that no one could do anything. Verizon get your act together!!!
