I disconnected my service I’m just trying to pay my last bill and they make it hard I can’t access my account no way to pay it off. Customer service is bad in been on hold a couple of times more than 40 minutes and they couldn’t help me or not willing to help all I want to do is pay what I owe, you think that they would want their money

You're supposed to be able to access My Verizon for up to 6 months post disconnection, but I've heard mixed stories about whether or not it is possible to login. To login to My Verizon after disconnecting service, you must use the User ID associated with the account, not the phone number. If you forgot your User ID (it is not necessarily the same as your forum username), try this link:
