where do I sign off to get the $20 extra off my bill for the outage the other day
I think it's available in My Verizon, if you were one of those affected by the large outage which was mostly along the east coast. According to an announcement made elsewhere in the forums, it is available through the app, so don't know if logging in on the PC website version will work.
