I can't set the time on my Samsung convoy 4. I've tried everything and nothing will work. I am aware that it is a CDMA phone and has no service. I even looked at the user's manual!
Usually with Android phones it's under Settings > General Management > Date and Time, but considering it's a 3G phone, that might not have been implemented in the software in those days. If the phone was getting the local time from the cell phone towers, then there is no way to adjust the clock on it anymore at least in the US, because 3G has been retired by all US carriers.
