I am suppose to receive credit for my overdue bill. However, I attempted multiple times this morning to contact someone in billing at Verizon. Every time I speak to a agent, the virtual assistant who is a computer refuses to allow me to speak to a live agent not only can I not speak to a live but I can’t speak agent concerning my Internet as well. This is a Telecommunication violation and an issue for consumer protection. No company should be allowed to stop a customer from speaking to a live agent. This has happened more than one occasion this is not fair.
