We have been Verizon customers for over 25 years!!! We ordered new phones in Aug'25 and have huge problems since. I have talked to numerous Verizon agents. Most recently, i was told by "Melissa" that I could return two phones in one box. Even though two phones were returned with the extra tracking number in the box, I was only credited for one. They said they were opening a ticket on this 6 weeks ago and I am still being over charged on my bill. Recently I was told they had removed our "loyalty" discount. My next step will be contacting the FCC. This has been a nightmare!!
