Hi Salasone, if your daughter is on your account and you are in the US, you could try calling International Services Support at 1-908-559-4899. Otherwise, your daughter would have to find a landline phone and if the country she's in has a toll-free number to reach Verizon's International Services Support in the link below, to use the number associated with the country:

Otherwise, she would have to place an international call back to the US using the (908) number on another phone.
If this is a prepaid account, note that funds must be loaded into the prepaid account to cover the daily cost of Travel Pass and Travel Pass must be enabled, otherwise the phone simply will not work.
