I require a copy of final itemized bill. Chat and phone support were not helpful and going around in circles. Additionally the link to access disconnected mobile accounts does not work as others have mentioned in previous post. VZ community agents have posted you can access history on your my verizon account with user id which I tried but I cannot see any mobile history at all which is unfair and seems as punishment from verizon for disconnecting. I was always on auto pay and paperless and disappointed verizon will make it difficult for good paying customers to access these bills. Please assist thank you.
