having been a customer gor over 17 yrs why is is so difficukt to actually speak with a person and not get putr on hold for crazy times Seems like all verizoin wants to do is oass the respinse to another rep over and over why is it neccessary to spen hours on the phone to be on hold most of that time and still not get a response/ You asre a multi billiion dollar corp it isuncalled for your customer service is a joke yuor reps donty understand what is said or just push off on another your AI is a waste of time all i want in an answer to my question when i call in a a reasonable time i feel disrespected and treated poorly it see4ms the reps get mad when i dont accept their answers or comments i am paying the money i should be able to get somethjng out of it ypour reps have forgotten who makes verizon its the customers whehn will verizon get back to makng customers feel like customers rather than just some one who pays money my money should mean a bit more i think i am a paying customer not just a issue when i have a problem with them i should be able to ask a question and get an answer if the rep cant then they should finds some one who can answer my question i should not have to jump though all kinds of hoops and stress to get a resolution it seems the only way to even get a response nowadays is ti file a complaint it shouldnt have to be thatr way if some one aska a question they should be able to get an answer
