Im not going to fully explain this because its too long of a story so im not going into detail but pretty much Verizon said they would waive off a bill and refund a charge they accidentally did about 4 times and they never did. They charged me $70 which they never refunded even though they said they would 4 times and they are asking for another about $300 which they said they would waive off. I have phone call recordings of them saying this and i have their names and i Also have spoken with a manager as well which also said it would be refunded and waived off. So since they never did it because they lied to me it moved to a debt collection company called tsi collection agency. I called them and they said they cannot use phone call recordings as evidence and only written documentation from Verizon but since they lied to me they didnt document it. I dont think this is how you treat 13 year customers.
