When is enough going to be enough

With prices on everything super high, they take away the "loyalty credit" from us also. Was the CEO not making enough money? Now my bill is just outrageous. They lied in the store when I put a 3rd line on my plan, my bill went way up, then took away the stupid loyalty credit. Now Im at a point I cant afford it all. This is just crazy. My phone bill is so much now I get to figure out if I want to eat this month or pay this stupid bill. What is wrong with these people.

This is exactly the problem. Prices keep going up, “loyalty” credits quietly disappear, and the burden gets pushed onto customers who are already stretched.I’ve experienced the same lack of transparency and follow-through, especially when changes are made in-store that don’t match what actually shows up on the bill. It shouldn’t come down to choosing between essentials and a phone bill.
