I received (1/31/26) my Google Pixel that I ordered online and after MUCH online chatting it's been determined that is damaged. Called customer service and spent nearly an hour and a half with Adrian/Verizon tech support to figure this out. They are sending me a new phone but here's where it yet goes off the tracks. The tech support asked not once but twice for my desired address to receive the phone. I gave it to her and asked that she repeat it back to me. So a few hours later I get an email saying here's your UPS tracking number and tracking status. Come to find out that they are shipping it to an old address. So at 10 pm last night I spent 2 hrs on chat. I still don't know if they were able to contact UPS and catch their error. The online chat was a joke, it kept dropping the chat and I think I remember chatting and starting over with 4 representatives? Aaron, Harvey, Hayley and 1 other? What a joke and a real insult to their customers. Hi tech as Verizon projects itself to be DO BETTER!
