executive office intact info

my personal data is breached at a local branch where my bill was printed and handed to an individual not on my account, to their knowledge a stranger. It has been exceptionally challenging to communicate with the coorparte office.

Does anyone have an email?

Best way is to file an FCC complaint

is there an email? And FCC compliant is not going to resolve this matter since October. My personal mailing address ect as well as other individuals information that was on my account

I would suggest utilizing a service which specializes in identity theft recovery, IdentityTheft.gov or contacting the FTC about your personal information being stolen. Verizon would only be able to help with fraudulently purchased Verizon devices or Verizon services. From the website, I got the following information:

If you suspect identity theft, you should:

Contact your bank and credit card issuers.
Contact your identity protection subscription service or credit monitoring services.
Visit the FTC fraud reporting website, IdentityTheft.gov, or call them at 1-877-438-4338.
Report it to your local police department, especially if your identity was used during a police interaction, you know the perpetrator, or a company requires it. Verizon requires a police report if identity theft involves your Verizon accounts.

You can file a fraud claim online if your identity has been used to initiate unauthorized Verizon, Verizon Wireless, or Fios services. If your Verizon account has been taken over, you can call 888-483-7200.
