How do stop movies from buffering? I used to connect my Netgear to my modem and I used to put it on 5N or 2N .
5N was the magic port for my roku. Worked fine

Fios uses a router. What model router do you have? What speed service do you have? Have you tried connecting directly to the Fios router ? I have had some issues with my Roku buffering. Actually switched to 2G network and it performed better than when I was on 5G.
