Help!! Ever since the outage, all 3 phones on my account keep going back to SOS mode constantly. I’ve talked to tech support for hours, multiple supervisors, went to a few different stores, no one can figure out why this is happening. I have an iPhone 15 pro max and 16 pro, which take eSIM, and a flip 7 that can take a physical SIM card. Every time vzw sends a new eSIM to my phone, it activates and works for a few hours, up to a day at most, then switches back to SOS mode, where I can’t make or receive any calls or texts. If I go to the Cellular setting in my phone, there is nothing there, the eSIM is gone. On the flip 7, it was originally an eSIM, but when I went into the store they put a physical SIM card in it and this worked for about a week, but that too has switched back to SOS only, making that phone non usable. After hours of troubleshooting with the tech dept, they determined it couldn’t be anything else but the phones, so they sent us 2 new replacement iPhones. I just received them yesterday, activated them, but by the end of the day, same thing happened, went back into SOS mode. I don’t know what to do, this has been going on for 2.5 weeks now, I need my phone for my job and haven’t been able to work, is starting to become a serious problem and no one from Verizon seems to know why this is happening or how to fix it. I still owe a lot of money on the iPhones and the flip 7 was just upgraded for my son at Christmas time. I looked into switching providers but the phones have to have been active on the account for 3 months in order to get the $800 credit. So we’re stuck, paying a phone bill for phones that don’t work. I’m about to lose my job, if anyone has any ideas on anything I can do, please help me!!! Thank you so much
