Does anybody know if Verizon is trying to make any changes to fixing the nightmare dealing with customer service is. I’ve been a customer for two months and have over 30 hrs chatting with them. Nothing ever gets resolved. It takes a dozen chat sessions to fix anything. If you have a problem with your account you need to clear your schedule for several days because you will not accomplish anything. They have had my account so screwed up since day one and today I look at my bill and it’s worse then when I started. LOL. Right now I’m paying for a phone line that doesn’t even exist. Judas
