I swapped my 3 phone lines from Verizon to another carrier but still had 2 watch and 2 IPad lines on the account. I have been trying to disconnect them by calling customer service but they say they are unable to access my account because after giving my pin they say they still need to send a text message to one of the lines I transfer off but they can’t go through. So they told me to go into a Verizon store since they will be able to get into my account. I go in and they verify my account and that those lines are still active but say they can’t disconnect in the store and put a remark on my account saying I have been verified and told to call customer service back. I do this while in the parking lot of the store where they say they still can’t get in without sending the text. I then speak to a supervisor on customer service who says I should be able to go into the store and have them disconnect the lines. With them on the phone I go back inside and they both go back in forth with no one being able to assist me. Is there anyone that can help me disconnect these lines. Cause I have tried getting into my Verizon account but it won’t let me even after recovering my username and changing my password and answering the secret question it says it doesn’t match anything on record. Any help would be great cause I don’t know what else to do.
