300 USD Gift Card not Approved

Question

I submitted my request for 300 USD gift card. I bought iphone and switched from T mobile to Verizon and was offered 300 USD gift card. My request was supposed to be approved by Jan 24, 2025 but it never did. It is still showing pending. What do I do?
