I upgraded to 2 Gig 16 on 20 Jan 2026 and ever since that day, my internet connection drops multiple times a day for varying lengths of time. I have spent more than 30 hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get it fixed and nothing has been fixed. Now they are starting over again. I have asked to be connected to the "Customer Champion" program, but no one knows what that is. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!
