Hello, i bought an eero 6+ by https://www.amazon.com, l live in Costa Rica (latin america). When I set the eero its says blocked by Frontier (Verizon), i can´t use it. What i can do to unblocked? Thanks
I would contact Amazon to return the phone and get a refund. Frontier was only recently acquired by Verizon, so I'm not sure if the block is coming from Frontier or Verizon. Chances are, the phone was sold by a 3rd party vendor and not directly by Amazon. With small vendors, phones which are broken, blacklisted, or carrier locked is an extremely common problem.
