Can’t speak to a human person

wow Verizon you really did it. You made it so u can’t even speak to a live person I made a payment arrangement and you guys disconnected me and I’m trying to call somebody and I can’t speak to anybody even in the live chat I speak to a robot.. I think I’m done with you guys. This is horrible customer Service.
