On friday, my daughters phone was shut off by the compliance team. This is the phone line that she uses for work 100%. Turns out the compliance team was sending me emails and investigating her usage. However, it went to spam, the email did not look legite so I ignored it thinking it was a scam like millions of other emails i get. Now her phone is off, we cannot get anyone to talk to about this and we are at the mercy of this "Compliance team" and she is loosing $300-$400 a day cause she cannot work because she needs her phone number back. It has been 6 days and we keep getting told that there is nothing verizon can do and there is no number to reach out to the complaince team.
Also, when i did open their latest email on jan 5, my Nord vpn blocked them advising that it was not a safe and secure site - HELLOOOO this is why I did not respond to an email with an unusual address that showed up in my Spam mail and there is no number to call.
Can someone PLEASE HELP and get my daughters number unlocked so we can get her back up and running. She did nothing different with her phone that shes hasn't done over the last 6 years, in which there were no issues….PLEASE
