I have been a customer with verizon for the last 6 years and In the last two days Ive spoken to 2 agents in your financial department even tried to make a partial payment with one agent who didn't take the money and assured me my service wouldn't be interrupted and that my payment arrangement for the 12th would be honored. She even reconnected the service no payment needed she said. Jist for it to turn off the next day. The second agent did the same thing reconnected the service now here we are again my service is shut off please explain to me what is going on because this has been very difficult. I just needed more time and for 2 of your agents to assure me I will have service and for it to be shut off both times is terrible and to cutting off communication with me this time is even worse I cant even access an agent,the app,or the website this is ridiculous and if I try to call 18662661445 from another phone it makes me put in my phone number or account number and still wont let me reach anyone. Is there anyone who can help me access my account atleast since you guys wont honor the arrangement.
