I purchased verizon home internet in december of 2025, using the offer for the nintendo switch. Well after repeated calls and talks with customer support, spanning from the begining of january until today february 5th 2026, i have been trying to figure out why i have not recieved the offer for the switch. Each phone call i asked if i was eligigable for the promotion and each time i was assured i was eligible for the promotion, however today i get a call from a case manager that says i am not eligible and i will not be getring the switch. Which is confusing as why was i told multiple times with different customer support agents that i was eligible for the nintendo swotch to just be told im not eligible all of a sudden. This is a very disatisfying resolution after weeks of calling and waiting and reassurances that i was eligible. The only reolution was well we are sorry but your not getting the switch, and we will talk to the people who told you that you were eligible they were wrong. At this point this should be made right as thats not acceptable to make me believe i would be getting the switch just to be told i was misinformed and not getting it. I know my business doesnt mean much to a big company but this situation has made me want to switch to another carrier and take to social media about this entire interacrion. I have screen shots of chats with agents telling me im eligible.
