Verify identity issues

I opened a new account, got phones, added lines, now they can’t verify identity and don’t give any info. Uploaded id front and back and a selfie. The customer service on that fraud line is poor. Should I go in? I need to add these lines as soon as possible. Is there someone who could help? I have an active account already.

And to mention, those fraud department people are RUDE. I have an active account already with lines on it, I’m not understand how I can’t be identified and verified.

should we go in and ask for a manager at a retail store. I mean, it should be very easy to verify identity in person.
