I originally signed up for postpaid service and ordered phones for 3 lines. The next day, that account was not approved. I then ordered prepaid service and phones for 3 lines. I gave the account number and pins to transfer my numbers from Boost Mobile.Phones came in yesterday and went through the setup/activation process for all 3 phones/lines.
Now, here's the problem. I can't sign in on the Verizon website or My Verizon app. It asks for a phone number, then tells me that is not a valid number. The other option is to use an account number. I never received anything beyond an order number and location code.
Now, the fun part. All 3 new phones receive calls only when wifi calling is enabled and they are connected to wifi. If wifi calling is turned off, or there is no wifi network, calls go to the old Boost Mobile phones.
HELP!
