I'm having trouble accessing the Verizon Cloud App on my new phone, a samsung galaxy z flip 6. I want to sync my contacts that I uploaded to the cloud from my old phone, a samsung galaxy s8, but I keep getting error code 11. I've tried rebooting the phone, logging out and in again, and tested the app on wifi and data. I even updated the app from google play, still error code 11. Please help!
