I placed an ONLINE order With Verizon late on 2/6. I openedTHREE LINES and bought 3 iPhone 12Pro’s (myself & 2 teens). I PAID EXTRA for the SATURDAY next day delivery by NOON. Shipping info NEVER UPDATED. I’ve spoken to about 15 Reps thus farfar…. Trying to figure out where my order is. I will have to turn in our olddevices TOMORROW to the network we previously used, so now we’ll allthree be out of a phone. SMH. Totally unacceptable Verizon. I want what I’ve already PAID FOR!!!!
Customer Service is CLUELESS and incompetent. Never imagined it would be this bad. To be truthful,, I had always thought highly of Verizon and heard great things… that is until now. Now that I’ve had to personally deal w them myself and have been pulled around in circles misled, quick to take my money but slow to deliver what they promise. I’ve been at the location and they couldn’t help me. I’ve messaged on social media, still waiting on a call from yesterday. numerous people already through the Verizon . When I get off of work today, I have to go turn my old cell phone in, so not having the new one that I have paid for and paid extra to have delivered specifically yesterday….. yeah I’m not happy at all. very bad way to stay off. SMH. Still no tracking info
