How do u activate the free 30 day free trial on esim?? I can not figure out how to and I'm frustrated. I did everything they told me to do and I'm still not on their network. I have a new Verizon number thxg
Is your phone unlocked and capable of dual SIM/eSIM? If the answer to either is "no", then you cannot do the free trial. You also cannot be an existing Verizon, Visible, or Total Wireless customer.
Im bought this phone at Walmart using Family Mobile as my service provider on prepaid plan. I know Verizon is the main network Family Mobile uses,,,heres the thing though, I was given an esim number from Verizon and the prompt asks which Verizon number do I want to use I click on the trial number but it still won't let me on their network
I looked up the details, and Family Mobile was formerly known as TracFone, which Verizon bought in 2021. Because the company is wholly owned by Verizon under their prepaid side of the company, you are not eligible to use the 30 day free trial.
Verizon does offer prepaid service directly, if you wanted to try that. It would require porting your number to Verizon and you would have to pay for one month of service, but if you don't sign up for autopay, then you're only obligated for the one month and it would automatically cancel if you don't renew.
