It's not just me, Down Detector backs up what I've been dealing with all day. The internet connectivity cuts in and out constantly. This happens at another home I own as well.
I have reset the ONT, reset routers, rebooted PCs, changed DNS, etc. It's all on your side.
And when I asked about this issue on Twitter, I was directed toward an outage of a tv channel? Come on now.
