I hope some higher ups at Verizon will actually see this because I don't know where else to say this. I had a call with Jeff, in Verizon Financial Services, on February 7th. I'm not going to explain my situation here, since the conversation was recorded and you can listen to it, if necessary. But I want you to know that Jeff was the most patient, caring, empathetic and understanding representative I have ever spoken to in my entire life. I even had a few meltdowns, I'm embarrassed to say, and was nearly in tears, but Jeff didn't give up. He truly wanted my experience to have a good outcome and he seemed to genuinely care about the hardships in my life. He did everything he could - and then some! - to make sure I got the help I needed. I used to work in a call center, so I can fully appreciate how amazing of a job he did. I wish every rep I talk to, from any company, was as amazing as Jeff. He deserves a raise and a promotion! Thank you so much, Jeff! 🙏🏼👏🏼🥹
