I tried to have it changed multiple times. The last time I tried I was told it was changed, but still received a bill with a different due date from what I requested.
I found this information on the website regarding changing your billing date (see link below). If you try to change the date too close to when your current billing cycle ends, then the change won't go through. Depending on the change, seems to me that you could be getting billed for a "partial month" to cover a gap between the old billing date and the new one.

Forget the due date, you can make the payment any amount & any time you want, or make more money in the account( credit Balance) , no need to wait billing statement due day.
Be care for the billing due date, if you make the mistake, you will lost Auto-Pay discount 6 months.
