Service disconnected after making a payment arrangement

I have had one of the worst years of my life I graduated colelge with unhosused moved to LA for. job lost it after 2 months was displaced home and job due to fires in Los Angles. Unhoused over a year.

Been a Verizion customer over 6 years.

Moved to Floridia for job got housing. Spoke to Verizoncan I make a payment today then complete payment arrangementwhen I get paid pn 2/13? SURE

NEXT DAY PHONE IS OFF. for $56 not requiring a $100 to turn on????/ How do Ispeak to a human? I will be changing companies as this was a horrible experience I do not wan to do business with a company that will kick me when I am down!!! I literally may lose my job because of this
