Has anyone had a horrible experience like myself; from over charging me every month just to say whoops you'll be reimbursed on your next bill. But have to pay 300 now for 1 phone line. Then I have a suppsedly outstanding bill thats in collections now. That I opened up during the current service I have? I didnt think you could open an account while owing another Verizon account. And nobody can seem to find this outstanding bill that I owe!! That is effecting my credit. Then my cards and bank account arent eligible for the auto pay. Ive had the worst experience with Verizon. And nobody seems to care or wanna do anything about it. But I must. Pay whatever they say it is I owe!!! I thot verizon was supposed to be good and legit. However nobody knows whats going on in their department that im constantly being bounced around back n forth every time I call to ask them.
