Hi,
I am hardly ever able to connect to our company's portal on the Verizon web and app. I've tried different browsers on different computers. I've deleted my cache and browsing history. I am constantly creating new log-ins because it never accepts my verified username. So now I don't even know which on to use.
When I can get on the site, it feels like it's 2001 because everything takes such a long time to load. This has been a constant problem for at least 5 years. Our IT team can't fix this.
What is the deal, seriously? I'm not the only one who has this problem (if you search the web, people have the same exact issues). It takes so much time to get the invoices that it is a waste of resources.
Is Verizon planning to do anything about this? How can I get my invoices switched to mail instead of paperless if I can't log on? The customer service team is very polite, but they just read the same stuff that is on the Verizon for Business FAQ page. After waiting a while to be connected to a rep, go through all the questions in the beginning (including an attempt to upsell me) and finally get to my problem, they just read what I already saw.
It is so frustrating and is making me want to switch carriers for all of our locations. I am looking into it now. I'd rather not, but I need to do my job and I can't.
I also wanted to add an authorized person to call in and discuss the account. I can't do this either.
I came back because I want to add that whenever the website sends a verification, it doesn't come through as a text message or an email. Not even hours later. So then I am stuck waiting for something to come through and I am not able to proceed without it.
