Blocked from speaking to agent after making a payment arrangement

Blocked from Speaking to Agent. An AI AGENT is not customer service we need human support. After 10 years it’s time to work with companies that center the customer. You all had an outage and offered 20 bucks and now I can’t speak to a human (after setting the payment arrangement you all offered) now I’m being rerouted to pay today! I’m unable to schedule a call this is unreal.
