Today i tried to use the text chat with customer service to figure out a solution for my issue. I choose text chat because i have difficulty understanding the accents on the phone. I started at 1:25 pm. I went thru 5 agents and each time they were looking into my issue the ai bot would notice no activity as the rep is searching for an answer and decide to cut off the chat. Then it would connect me to a new agent and start all over. This went on for over 5 hours…..one lady even said as she was looking into it and to ignore the ai bot message every 7 min and she would answer me when her request came back. Said it would take some time. An hour later the bot starts a new chat. Spent all afternoon and my issue never got solved.
