I placed an order as a new customer with verizon for an iphone 17 two days ago. the order confirmation popped on the page after i completed my order but assuming that i was going to get a confirmation email, i didn’t screenshot the page. i never received an email confirmation or any text updates to the number i provided. the order was supposed to deliver today but i haven’t received anything and the card i used to pay for the order still says pending. i contacted verizon but no one is able to help me locate my order. what can/should i do?
