I've been trying to get my account properly credited since August 2025. I have one number in my account that is still being overcharged. I've had way too many conversations either through chat or phone with customer service who are programmed like robots because they all say the same thing and promise the same results but deliver the same thing - NOTHING. I'm tired of it. Every time I try, I end up spending over 2 hours either on the phone or the computer typing away. I end up either getting disconnected or a promise to get a call back but nothing ever happens. I sometimes go to a corporate store because in the past, they've been able to help. But now, they just give me an 800 number to call, where I start from the very beginning again because no one seems to be able to see any history of what has happened to my account. Can someone please get me to the CEO!
