I currently have 2 types of accounts. Prepaid for my phones and postpaid for the internet gateway. I am using the prepaid account number to post here since I cannot log in to my other account. If i try to log in to Verizon with the postpaid account information I'm stuck in an endless verification loop. I contacted Verizon through facebook and they opened a special chat window since talking to an agent about your account isn't available unless you are logged in to your account. The agent helped me reset my password which was not possible otherwise. Before that my password would only be sent via USPS mail. REALLY??? He could not fix my endless loop issue and filed a case. I received a confirmation that my case was opened and that I could view progress… but guess what… I can't log in to view progress or communicate. I responded to the case email yesterday with screenshots of what I am experiencing. Here's the thing…. the endless loop shows a DIFFERENT account number from the CASE email, even though I am using the correct log in. I've highlighted the account numbers in my email response to the case email but I have NO IDEA whether anyone has received my response.
