For the past several days, Verizon has been sending me threatening messages saying my services were about to be shut off, despite having a payment arrangement. Every single time I contacted customer service to ask why this was happening, I was assured that I could ignore the messages, and that they were sent in error. And then, of course, today my services were cut off, and OF COURSE Verizon will not let me speak to anyone until I make a payment.
I cannot describe how angry I am right now, and how much this might be the final nail in the coffin for me to switch providers. To be assured multiple times that something would not happen, and then it does happen, and then to provide me with no option to speak with customer service until I have made a payment, regardless of a payment arrangement, is unconscionable.
So here I am, hoping this gets through to some rep who is willing to help, because this is 100% Verizon's error, and I am not paying a cent to anyone who treats me like this.
