I have been reaching out to Verizon for 6 years on trying to get fios 5G available in my area or an answer to why there isn't service availability. All I am ever told is to put my name and phone number on the waiting list and once fios is available in my area I will be notified. Just today alone i have spent over8 HOURS going back and forth and transferred from department to department and still no answers . One rep told me that there was a high priority ticket created for me and that a tech would be sent out . Another told me that the tech would be out on my Area tomorrow around 12 noon to survey just to speak with a supervisor and find out it was all a lie and there was no ticket created. I am beyond frustrated. I can't describe how disappointed I am. I just want an answer to my simple question and if they don't have the answers. Just please send a tech or engineer to my area to survey and give me an answer.
