Why is it so hard to get an answer why my area doesnt have verizon home services

I have been reaching out to Verizon for 6 years on trying to get fios 5G available in my area or an answer to why there isn't service availability. All I am ever told is to put my name and phone number on the waiting list and once fios is available in my area I will be notified. Just today alone i have spent over8 HOURS going back and forth and transferred from department to department and still no answers . One rep told me that there was a high priority ticket created for me and that a tech would be sent out . Another told me that the tech would be out on my Area tomorrow around 12 noon to survey just to speak with a supervisor and find out it was all a lie and there was no ticket created. I am beyond frustrated. I can't describe how disappointed I am. I just want an answer to my simple question and if they don't have the answers. Just please send a tech or engineer to my area to survey and give me an answer.

I'm just another customer, and Verizon doesn't have Fios in my area either, but I thought Verizon was not expanding their Fios infrastructure any more than what they already have in the 8 (?) states which have this service. With the recent acquisition of Frontier, I'd guess that Verizon will eventually brand the Frontier internet service under the Verizon name. But otherwise, if Frontier doesn't service your area and Fios isn't there either, then there won't be any fiber optic internet service run by Verizon at your location, unless Verizon buys some other company which does offer the service.
